    @winsteen thank you. I can see all the addresses there and I guess it just cycles through them every time you hit receive?

    So if I've understood correctly, the SC is there in the wallet, it's just a bug in the UI that prevents it showing the balance?

    @cassius_gray I also have problem withdrawing sia coin from polo. Have you check if your txid is valid? If you are not sure how, check from sia explorer.

    I see people facing similar problem. If it's at sia explorer then it might be either sync issues or things will take some time to process. If the txid is invalid (Problem that i am currently facing), then you should contact polo directly.

    I am having the same issue here. Poloniex dashboard says the withdrawal has been completed, and they provide a transaction ID, but the tx id is not valid when I check the sia explorer. Contacted polo already. I look forward to receiving their response in 17 days -_-

    @robbp Having the same problem with a tx from Polo not showing up on Sia explorer. Please let me know if you hear of a fix.

    Also waiting on Polo transfer, but I have 0 confirms, any way to fix this externally, or does Polo have to fix it??

    Polo has disabled deposit/withdrawal on Sia, looks like they begin to troubleshoot the issue

    Thanks all.

    Anyone seeing any progress here on this? I've not got a response from the Polo help desk; hash is still not found on the database and, despite a wallet upgrade to 1.2.2, I'm no closer to having my SC back!

    Hoping there are better news stories out there.

    Hello,i have the same issue.Tried to withdraw just 1000 siacoins for a test,because i dont want to send all my balance if it's not working,and i don't want them to be lost in the network.
    Tried the new version of the Wallet 1.2.2 and still waiting.
    When we can expect news for this issue ?

    Also can someone tell me how to check the Poloniex transcation id they gave me? It says the withdraw its Completed there.
    When i copy the txid and paste it on https://explore.sia.tech/ "Search by Hash" field,it gives me this message: Hash not found in Database.

    Am i doing something wrong and what's going on,thank god i didn't withdraw everything?

    @random123 you're not doing anything wrong. It's not found in the database because polo hasn't actually sent the funds yet.

  • POLO is a crappy exchange go to Bittrex is you want consistent usability with no drama. POLO MOD just stated the SC is down for maintenance on their site. Works fine on Bittrex.
