After review, the committee has decided to reject your proposal citing the following reasons:
- renterd already supports backups in its databases, without adding new functionality that’s built-in to core. The process isn’t documented well, which in itself might be a more worthwhile grant than something like this.
We appreciate that you’re looking at needs in the community while submitting your proposals, but this is a item that’s already fairly well implemented, it might just need some attention.
