Hello @Nabarun,

Thanks for your progress report Autify team. In the past, we’ve notified projects when too many months have passed without our team seeing Sia-specific integration work being done. The point of these grants, of course, is to expand the Sia ecosystem.

Please showcase your Sia-related work for your September progress report (due at the beginning of October) or point us to previous Sia-related code that we might have missed or was omitted from previous progress reports.

Regards,
Kino on behalf of the Sia Foundation and Grants Committee

Hi @Kinomora,

Thanks for the response.

We started Sia integration and testing in July 2023 and added the same in the progress reports.

As we mentioned before, Sia will be the default storage layer on all our platforms. We will not have many updates related to Sia. Mainly we will be able to share the amount of data we are storing on Sia every month.

We aim to complete the production integration in the coming month.

In this case, can you point us to the piece of code where you implement the Sia integration?

Sure, will share the codes with the September Progress Report.

I will submit our Progress Report by 5th Oct, Thursday.

Hey Nabarun, thanks for the update! The repos linked under “repos worked on this month” have not had updates in at best three months. Where would the progress of the mentioned bullet points be able to be verified?

Hi @steve,

  • Some of the progress can be verified from this URL Autify Network | Your Solution to Everything Supply Chain. We already completed 90% of the dashboard and are only left with a few APIs, content, graphics changes, and testing.

  • If you see some of the above updates we mentioned are server-side updates. For the last few weeks, we have been working on optimizing and upgrading our infrastructure. We moved some of our infra to Microsoft Azure as part of our partnership with Microsoft Startup in July 2023.

  • As you already know we completed the development of the traceability and integrated Sia storage in September 2023. We have merged these repos with our main Supply-chain management repo (which is private and not part of this grant) for testing/pilot purposes.

We wanted to test things in real-world scenarios before migrating everything to the new dashboard.

As mentioned in the update, we hired two developers recently to dedicatedly work on the migration and upgrade works. All codes will be pushed to the above-mentioned public repos going forward.

Everything is going as per the plan and will go live with the new dashboard and all the features by Feb 2024 end.

As you might know, it’s not easy to open up everything when you have customers. We are fully committed to being 100% open source in the next few months and already working on this.

  • As mentioned above, we did a PR partnership and already submitted two articles two weeks ago and waiting for them to get published. We will share the URLs as soon as it’s live.

We changed our marketing approach recently and started targeting more niches to increase our customer base without spending huge money. Our teams are now exploring events, webinars, and offline activities in the supply chain, fashion, and luxury industries.

Hope I was able to clarify your query. If you have any other queries please let me know.

Thanks Nabarun. We’ll send over your final payment. I saw that you had begun pushing again to the linked public repos, is the work of the private repos now reflected there? Otherwise, the committee has requested access to the private repos you are pushing to currently, just for verification purposes.
