Problem

4 days ago I had a problem with my wallet to load: I tried to start my already synced siawallet and got a loading error, after that I tried to run siawallet as an admin - the wallet had to synchronize again but it went much faster as the first time.

After full snychronization, I entered my password and my seed to recover my balance... and my account balance showed "0".

After trying to recover my seed I always get an error "error when calling /wallet/sweep/seed: cannot sweep primary seed".

Can you give me any advice how to recover my coins?

As the Tittle Suggest i am having a problem with my Wallet.

Everything started when i sent 25 000 Sia from Poloniex to my Wallet.

At that exact moment the Blockchain was completly Sync with my Wallet, so i made the transaction and it was complete on Polo in less then 10 min, i was satisfied but then i went to my wallet to realize that the balance was still at 0.

Its Been Now 14h and my balance still show 0, I Tried Uninstalling Sia-UI, clearing the Sia-ui files from my Appdata Folder, tried re-booting, i Tried the recover seed button and also tried to install the Sia-UI on an other computer and tried to recover my Seed, Still Nothing.

I saw on that forum a command to Re-cover a seed from the Terminal, once i had the new seed it made me Sync again with the Blockchain. As i said i've been trying to fix this from 9 am, its now 10 Pm. I don't get it i don't understand did i do anything Wrong...

Just want to clarrify, I am using Windows 10 the Sia-Ui Version is 1.2.2 wich i think is the latest possible to download on the website, the other computer on wich i tried to install The apps is actually a Windows 7 computer and i still get the same error all the time.

Hello, I'm having trouble getting my wallet to see my balance. I had a fully synced Sia UI, and I created a new wallet. I sent a test amount of 100 SC into the address from the "Receive Siacoin" option. I have since lost that hard drive, and have synced Sia UI on my new machine. I created my wallet from the same seed as was my old wallet. Sia UI synced the wallet; however, the balance that is shown is 0. How can I recover my coins, and how do I make sure that when I send coins into this wallet, I will be able to successfully recover them via seed in the future.

Some observations, for reference:

• the Tx does show up in Sia Explorer
• Sia-UI is Synchronized and Block Height is greater than the block height listed for the Tx of Sia Explorer
• wallet addresses does list the "to" address from the Tx in Sia Explorer, implying that the Tx does belong to my wallet
• wallet transactions is empty
• wallet balance is zero

Any help? By all logic, my wallet should have picked up the coins; however, it has not. It has been days, and I'm getting worried.

I need help, because i cannot login to my SIA Account. It takes several minutes until i get the following error at the bottom.
My System is Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS with SIACOIN Version V1.2.1 (Both) and i use the GUI.

Let me just quickly answer this myself - I think so.

When patient data confidentiality, integrity and availability are of importance then you couldn't just go with a centralised cloud service provider. Not to mention cost (when storing CT scans for example).

Before I move coins over to my offline SIA wallet, I've been testing Sia-UI 1.2.1 OSX.

I can't seem restore a wallet and have the balance show, but I can sweep the seed into a new wallet. To troubleshoot the load seed and no balance I:

• for all tests blockchain was synchronized (according to the UI).
• deleted the wallet directory and tried again
• killed siad in the activity monitor and restarted it in the wallet tab in the Sia-UI
• deleted Sia-UI completely, resynced blockchain and loaded seed again.

none of those were able to show my balance from restored seed. as mentioned though I was able to create a new wallet and click "recover seed" and sweep my old balance into the new wallet.

please help, would like to get load seed working to get some trust going with the Sia wallet :)

also, are there any resources to web to just run the wallet on os-x via command line / terminal for the wallet functionality (not the file stuff)?

There's no backup option anywhere. What files should I save and where are these files?
This is such a basic question I can't believe I have to ask on a forum.

I just started a siacoin wallet yesterday, and I did not use the custom paraphrase. But I noticed that my wallet seed and password are exactly the same. I just want to confirm with you guys. Is it normal? Is it possible to change the password of this wallet in the future?

I am new to Sia and installed the hosting client on Ubuntu. Due to an error I was not able to save the passphrase. Still even after deleting the folder and unpacking a new installation, it seems that the "old" wallet is still there and ask for a password.

How can I start a new hosting client and wallet from scratch?

Hi my wallet has been stuck on 99% for over 48 hours and took a further 3 days to get to that point with multiple issues along the way. does anyone have any ideas what it could be? It's so disappointing i'm sure this coin would have so many more investors if the wallet download wasn't the worst of any i have ever downloaded.
