  You need to create the batch file yourself. Marlin's is pretty simple but will vary depending on the pool you choose.

  You need to open port 9981 and 9982 on your router. Instructions for every router differs so I cannot guide you, you need to do your own research on this. I do not recommend hosting on a laptop as you need to meet certain uptime (98% uptime? not too sure) or you lost your SC as collateral.

  Hi,

  I've got a similar problem.
  End of july, I sent coins from Poloniex to my Sia-UI wallet but never received them. Poloniex gave me a TXID which doesn't exist on the blockchain (sia.explorer).
  I created a support ticket but only received automatic answer. No one at Poloniex is really looking into it.
  It's now been 6 months since I lost my coins ....nobody cares...

  Nope, I have not located the coins yet. I contacted HitBTC support and got this message:

  SC is temporarily unavailable for the deposits, trading and withdrawals due to the technical maintenance.
  Our engineers are working hard on the wallet update - please be sure that your coins are safe and the operations are going to be available soon.

  Sounds good (overall) but this was 16 days ago. I know that resolving this is probably not easy...but 16 days?! I am not sure if I need to push them again, but I might have to as this does not seem to be a priority (if it was I doubt it would take 16+ days..)

  How about your case? Ware you able to locate your coins?

  @domtkho As long as you aren't hosting or renting it is perfectly fine to run on two computers. Your wallet can have hundreds of addresses and will appear on both wallets at long as the seed is the same.

  Maybe you can try the search function for your OS to search for consensus.db?

  If you are on v1.3.1 and you can reach the About section in Sia-UI, there is a Show Sia Data button in there. Click that and it should bring you to where is the data stored on your computer, the consensus.db will be inside the folder.

  FYI

  They just posted today that Bittrex has the fix and should be implementing it when they get to it. Polo is not a trusted exchange.

  Yes, there are now two phishing website for siacoin. I have reported them both to google and both have been removed, but we can't take down the website.

  Both sites go to the same siacoin address. Please do a little research before you give your money to someone else.
