SIA Locked in Poloniex

I have tried to withdraw SIA from Poloniex and they are ignoring my Support Tickets.
The problem seems common! this will only effect SIA in the long run.

I have the same problem. It takes 5 days for them to reply to me. I just ask them to refund my Siacoins.

Just need to be patient. We've finally been able to get in touch with the Polo devs, and are working through the problems.
Withdrawals are working most of the time for people. If you give it a few days and then try again, you may have better luck.
Sorry that it is not always working on the first try. But, now that we are in touch with them, we should be able to fix it soon.

Hey, Just wanted to add, that problem still exist.
I did exchange btc to sc and now I'm stuck on withdraw error:
Anyways, I hope this will be fixed soon, other ways I can't even test service.

Yeah, we're aware. We're developing some more features for the polo devs to keep things running smoothly.

Polo.. even did a little apology, so everything is alright now! :)
