cant send out sia from my windows wallet please help asap

i have do some mining and generally getting around 9000sia/ every 12 hours.
i also have purchased sia for around 7million and send it to my windows wallet
now i have confirmed balance of that amount but i cant send it back to poloniex.
its showing me this error:
error after call to /wallet/siacoins: wallet has coins spent in incomplete transactions - not enough remaining coins
i have 7 million coints as confirmed balance and i try to send 1 mill only
the system only allow me to send less then 9999 coints at a time
witch is pretty shittyis this a bug ? or i doing something wrong ?

Send a little less than your wallet balance, there is miner fees to consider too.

its not working either. something really bad with this valet version. i try it on ubuntu and imported my privkey same results
on my balance i have around 7 million sia
i cant transfare more than 9999 from my wallet. this isnt because the miners fee....
