Hosting Unreachable

I recently updated my internet service, and I am getting Host Unreachable, If I log out of the SIA-UI and back in, it connects but after 10 minutes it says unreachable. Ports 9981 and 9982 are both open and I have checked them on canyouseeme with success, My router has a log that shows what is going on but I can't figure it out
