Sia no longer uploading in 1.3.2

I'm still not able to upload any files on 1.3.2. Anyone have any ideas? Stuck on uploading.
I've restarted multiple times and tried different files.

I increased my allowance to 500sc but no luck:

I wanted to update this saying not necessarily solved, but I got it working with help from the discord community.
Basically unlocking my wallet and deleting all the files then restarting a few times fixed the issue.
I now have 87 (EDIT 92) contracts which is unfortunate, but at least things are uploading.
