How to move my current HOST HDD to a new computer?

    Following a Windows 10 update my computer has become corrupt to the point where I need to reformat. This computer is running my Siawallet and HOST HDD.

    Given I am going to be making some changes I would like the opportunity, if at all possible, to move the HOST HDD and SIA wallet to a different computer that is running CentOS 7. Is this possible? If so, how would I go about it? If not possible how, as a HOST, can I ensure I reformat my current computer and getting my host up and running again. The HOST data is all on a single separate HDD and will not be reformatted.
