Help needed! Cant install Sia UI properly...

Hi Guys,

Newbie to the forum.

So my A3 arrived this morning and ive been trying to get a wallet set up to get this thing going.
Im running win10, downloaded the correct version (1.3.1- also tried 1.3.0 to see if any difference).

Extract and then hit the app icon and i am just getting a grey sia ui background with no options and spinnig dots in the centre- no download seemingly, and no other activity.

Headed to appdata folder to see about removing the consensus.db file and all thats in there is :

config.json
lockfile
preferences

im properly stuck.. help please
