My sia-iu wallet has stopped synchronizing at 94.2%

It has not budged in 24 hours, but still says "synchronizing". I am not a techie or a coder, so I have no idea what bootstrapping or manually adding nodes means. Need help geared to layperson. Already have Sia on my wallet and more on Bittrex, ready add to it. Do have my seed and password easily available. Always worked fine before. Thanks in advance!

You may need to delete consensus.db and resync.

1. Quit Sia-UI completely (From the system tray icon)
2. Navigate to:
   GNU/Linux based: $HOME/.config/Sia-UI/sia/consensus
   Microsoft Windows: %APPDATA%\Sia-UI\sia\consensus
   Mac OS X: $HOME/Library/Application Support/Sia-UI/sia/consensus
3. Delete consensus.db inside the consensus folder.
4. Relaunch Sia-UI.
