What is this, and why did it happen?

There was a withdraw from my Sia Wallet for .088SC. I do no hosting or file uploads (yet! we're waiting for the drives to come in for the servers) I looked on the blockchain explorer to try and see where it went...but it was bundled in with alot of other transactions (worth like 25kSC).
Can anyone tell me why I was taxed? Who stealz mah sias?

It is normal, this small transaction is for wallet defragmentation/wallet maintainance.
