sia mining confirmed payout not showing up in wallet? help please

hi im new here and ive been mining sia coin for a few days. its been great but my last payout show as sent and confirmed but its not showing up in my wallet. dose anyone know if this is a known issue or how to get this corrected? should I have to wait 24 hr. for it? I normally get 2 payouts a day.
