UI synched fine but it's unresponsive

The UI downloaded fine then after a few days of synced fine block height 139205, but I cant use the iterface and it says Welcome to Sia in the center with a rotating arrow like its updating or stuck. I've restarteded it and same thing, waited a day and a half now, still not able to make a wallet or anything....
What should I do?
