Meaning of the calls, contract creation fees

    Hi everyone,

    I started to host some space. Allthrough I googled, read some threads and the handbook - I have some open points ... Hope you can help:

    What do all the calls mean (error calls, renew calls, revise calls, etc.)? Do I have to take action?
    How are the fees for contract creation (hosting) calculated - 3,9% of my collateral? If i am providing 100SC collateral does that mean I have to pay 3,9SC per contract?
    Can I see more information about the created contracts (for example: User 1234 created a contract about 10GB for a period of 3 months) ?
