Can't get Sia UI to sync

So I did a little bit of research on this and it seems to be a common issue? However, I can't find a definitive answer to why Sia isn't synchronizing all the way for me. I reaced 90.1% and now has gone down to 89.65%? It has taken days to do this.

I have already tried entering those codes in Terminal.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
