Account differentiation for separated access

Hello guys,

I'm totally new in this community, so first of all, congratulation for the work you are doing here! I discovered SIA few days ago and I foud it very suitable for an application I'm developing for a blockchain-based startup.
I have the necessity to upload data from a source on a decentralized cloud to make it available to several users. The key point is that I need to create different personal account for each user that need to access the piece of information, furthermore, the accounts have to be differentiated on the base of the "level of service" purchased by each user, which allow the acces to a certain set of info (different kind of files).
Do you think it would be possible to implement some additional features on the basic SIA service? Are you aware of similar applications that already exist?
