Steps to delete wallet

1. Quit Sia-UI completely
2. Navigate to %APPDATA%\Sia-UI\sia\wallet
3. Delete wallet.db
4. Relaunch

@SandBlock thank you this seem to work ,the seed and new password I created launched the scanning blockchain window. Hope this will work now...
