New Install, and old address not present in list of addresses

I recently set up a new system and installed my Sia Wallet on the new system. Using my seed and password, I sync'd my wallet to the new system, but my old address that I use with my pool is not in my list of address. Have I lost my old address? My old wallet has been removed from its original system, and now it seems as though I no longer have the address to which my pool is sending my SC. Any help would be great.
