Siacoin stuck between wallets with same seed?

I originally had Sia UI set up on my Mac and I was going to use my other computer (windows computer), for hosting. I thought I would be able to just download Sia Ui on the Windows computer and recover the seed and I'd be all set. My wallet loaded up on the Windows wallet fine but then when I went to open my Mac, the wallet was showing that my entire balance had been sent out and it was showing a balance of zero. Now I can't seem to access the wallet at all, when I try to recover the seed, it searches the blockchain and then eventually gives me an error message

If you use the sweep seed command to recover your wallet, the balance for the old seed will be transferred to the new seed. Loading the same seed on 2 computer is not recommended.

Could you elaborate on what they should've did and what they should do now?

I'd like to know that as well because, realistically, I'd need to access the same seed on more than one computer when I start file hosting. It's not a problem for any other cryptocurrency that I am aware of.

@SandBlock I loaded a new wallet on both computers and then I completely removed Sia UI from both computers. I then reinstalled it on my mac and was able to retrieve the wallet but it's showing that all of the funds have been sent. tx id: 503b524c88b1c623b196b467e4d8ae32f3e38d2fa19a4d72315d9cab8bac26f2
I know i didn't send anything from the wallet. So unless somebody somehow got my seed which i highly doubt, then I'm not sure what happened. It still says that i have a zero balance.
