I recently had to do a reinstall of the Sia UI and the address I had been mining under is no longer there. It does not even show up if i type wallet addresses into the terminal. Do I still get my sia coins regardless?

@Cazzark The addresses belong to the seed. so if you have the correct seed you will get your coins.
