    Hi Team. I this appears to be a common issue, but Polo closed my ticket with no comment or anything and the withdrawal failed on their end.
    I have sent them as much information as I can, but they still closed the ticket with no comment.

    Whats your advice on how to get back my 19,000 SIA?
