Missing Sia-UI folder that should contain sia/consensus/consensus.db

When upgrading to 1.3 I'm getting an error that I'm told I can fix by deleting consenses.db. My issue is that I'm not seeing a Sia-UI folder within my Application Support folder. I've downloaded the Sia Wallet update from https://sia.tech/apps/ multiple times and ran it but still get no Sia-UI folder structure where it is supposed to be. What can I do to fix this? Have I lost my coins?

$HOME/Library/Application Support/Sia-UI/sia/consensus/consensus.db

Everything from Sia-UI on is not there

@lorentracy it should create it once you start siad. if it says you have one it's probably in there somewhere.

I thought it should too but I'm not sure it is. I ran it one another computer and it worked just fine.

If I were to delete everything Sia-UI related off my computer, but kept my Seed an dPassword, could I later on down the road re-download the Sia wallet and still get my coins?

Could I download Sia Wallet on another computer and get my coins with my Seed and password as well?
