Siacoins still didn't arrive after almost 1 month

Hey guys,

On 07-12-2017 i transfered my siacoins to my wallet via Bittrex. They still didn't arrive and i cant find them on the blockchain. The status on Bittrex says completed. I already openend multiple tickets on Bittrex support but they are not responding. Can someone help me???

Mam taki sam problem.
Wysłałam siacoin 31.12. nadal nie ma w portfelu. na bitrex tranzakacja zamknęta. nie moge znaleźć tranzakcji.

Your TXID can't be found on the blockchain so the transaction is not completed, you can only contact Bittrex since they are in control of your coin.

I have to say its frustrating to have your coins go missing especially when they are valuable. Sia have admitted having an issue sending to Bittrex but wheres the communication to see what happens next?
Still no coins in my bittrex account.
