How to buy SiaCoins?

I have been researching various altcoins for some time, and SiaCoin seems like a very promising coin.
Since I'm interested, I would like to buy some coins (I don't have mining equipment available). But, I do not have an account with Bittrex, and they are currently not accepting new users. I have been checking the ShapeShift website three or four times the last week, but SiaCoin is "Temporarily unavailable".So ... How can I buy SiaCoins? Is it listed elsewhere?

P.S: I bought a few SC coins from HitBTC but the withdrawal functionality does not seem to work. You can stay away from this one.
