Balance still 0 after mining for days

  • Good morning,

I am a newbie and I have been mining Sia for days now, with some breaks in between. I am using Claymore 10, dual mining with eth and currently my shares on Claymore are almost at 700 SC for this stretch.

Why is my balance still 0 on the SIA UI? In total, I've seen Claymore mine at least 2000 "shares" since I first started. I have checked and double checked wallet addresses, etc, but still nothing. And I have been synchronized virtually all of the time. I have been dual mining and averaging ~1075 Mh/s. Any help is greatly appreciated, this is extremely frustrating.

You need to reach the minimum payout on nanopool before the coin is transferred to your wallet

Find me on the Official Sia Discord.

Feel free to donate if I helped you!

  • @SandBlock Ok thank you :)

  • @SandBlock I have reached 1000 shares but still nothing is showing

  • What does nanopools site say for your paid/unpaid balance? Does it show a payout? If not, your coins are probably still with nanopool and you will need to talk to them about the payout.

    Good luck

  • @eckomega How do i check nanopool for my paid/unpaid balance? Claymore says 1600 SC shares and still nothing in my wallet.

  • On the top right of the nanopool website, enter your sia wallet address and click search. This should take you to your account page. Here you should be able to see payment status including amount paid and not yet paid and you should be able to change the minimum payout threshold. I said "should" throughout these instructions because I haven't used nanopool before. But this is typically how every pool ive used works.

If the balances aren't showing as you expect, you can post what it says here and we can work through the discrepancy to see where the problem is.

I wish we had a working block explorer. I can't wait for block 139000! You can still try using the block explorer at https://explorer.siahub.info/ to search for transactions to your address. If you find your transactions on the explorer, you may want to backup your sia roaming folder and uninstall/reinstall Sia_UI. Then restore your wallet from the seed and see if your coin shows up.

My first go-to's are that you input your wallet address incorrectly or that it's an issue on nanopools end.

First things first... check your nanopool account page and let me know what you find out. It's best to tag me so I remember to check this thread.

    Cheers!

  • my mining was same as you ,do you solved it ?
