Coin not receved in wallet.

Yesterday i did a test, send coin from poloniex to my wallet. It's more that 12 hour now and have not received it. when i check the address at https://explore.sia.tech/ it said: Hash not found :< We couldn't find anything. The tx may have not been indexed yet, or there are simply no transactions from your address. It's said the same with Txid. what does that mean?
wallet is 1.3.1 and it's synchronized at block 137460.
What to do. Thank you

Did you get your coins? Else raise a ticket with Polo, it sometimes happens with them, then they go in and fix it.

hello, similar issue: also waiting for coins to show up in my wallet. sent from bittrex. was poloniex able to solve your problem?

sounds like the issue is with polo. it seems like polo will fix your problems, but in a couple weeks at the earliest from what most people are saying. open a ticket with them and follow up. they are waaaay backed up on support tickets though

I am on Bittrex, but guess it is the same problem. I raised ticket, so I hope they will sort it out.
