SIA purse 1.30 deletes uninstall

SIA wallet 1.30 is out of sync. After the SIA wallet is deleted, it will be opened again after downloading. Why do we still open up the 98% data before synchronization, though it solves the time, but it still stops at 98%. How can I delete it completely and download it again?

Update to v1.3.1 and your problem should be solved. Also remember to give it some time to sync.
