Sia Ui issues

i've super fresh when it comes to sia.
Ive recently downloaded the miner and the UI.
however my sia ui stated NOT synchronising.
so i did some digging and went into downloading the concensus.
after following the steps. my UI will not load. And yes i have waited till it recalculated.
towards the end it gets critical error. running thru 0 -> 6 all failed. Critical error.
Then i used cmd to to run siad. that got it running but then i got the port overload issue. i am stuck from there.

Windows 10 is the OS im running
