Unable to launch Sia-UI

I've attempted to download the Sia-UI and the first time it synchronized up to 71% and then quit. I uninstalled and have reinstalled multiple times and keep getting the error message below. I am using a Mac Air. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. No clue how to solve it. I download it to my mac but the balance is 0 with the same seed and everything. tried to recover and is giving me an error.

Json files corrupting in the roaming directory - search for in in the forum - you might have luck to delete some of them - this phanomonon is one very evident source of disruption of the clients service..
