Computational effort for reed-solomon encoding, twofish, ...?
I'm wondering if there are any numbers available to how much compute is needed for reed-solomon erasure coding, twofish encryption and other tasks the Sia client does. Are there any resources or experiences?
If an enterprise wants to upload huge amounts of data it would be necessary to know how much compute would be needed for the server that will run Sia in order to leverage the available bandwidth for uploading.
Are there any specifications in terms of operations/computational steps needed or something like that?
