strange things happeneing ui won't open no results from hash

ui won't open on my mining pc, tried re installing no help. I can open it on my other pc but when mining from nanopool if I search my hash I get no results. Kinda new to this but I like the idea of sia and I don't want to give up........ any help is appreciated
