boosting redundancy never end, and upload fails? browsing

Now when I try to upload anying, an error occurs: Sia-UI Files Error, ESOCKETTIMEDOUT
I have 8 files in boosting redundancy now, from 1.9x to 2.7x, seems have stopped and never end

I only have 4Mbps upload speed, and have been uploaded these 27GB files for 2days
