How to change maxcollateral?

I thought this was determined by how many sia coins I have in my wallet (3K) - but I see via my host details on siahub that it is 5K. If I understand correctly the collateral is a form of insurance for uploaders, but obviously if I got a 'margin call' for that total amount I could not pay it. I can't find where to change maxcollateral in the Sia app (using latest version).
I also wonder where & if you can change upload bandwidth price or is this locked at 1 SC.
I have searched this forum on the matter to no joy, apologies if it's already been answered. TYVM for your help. Pug
