Contract Transferability

It may be worth considering a mechanism for exiting a hosting contract by successfully transferring to another host. In theory this could expand incentive to be a good custodian should a difficulty arise and encourage less committed hosts to enter the market and offer service by allowing a graceful exit.

In such a case perhaps payment would be forfeit, but reputation would be preserved.

It is likely that it would need to be constrained by the requirement to transfer to a more reliable host to avoid the abuse of off-loading the contract to a disposable host to in an effort to avoid the reputation hit.

Just a passing thought. Likely there are other considerations.
