sc withdrawal from poloniex "processing" for 25 days

So the first time I try to buy and store my SC coin offline it doesn't work... I have contacted support from poloniex and raised numerous tickets but no one is responding. Is there anything else I can do? Would appreciate any help.

yeah same problem here withdrew from crytopia and it never arrive its been 4 days. the sia app is still syncing so i thought once that finishes it would appear perhaps

Same issue with Poloniex! My withdrawal is 'processing' since July 20 (about a month and a half), and no response from Support tickets.

@mkele Hey, just wondering if you have gotten your withdrawal yet? mine has been processing since july and i still haven't received my sia coins, and its been 4/5 months now.
