Dynamic IP and Sia

Hi All.

2 questions:

Can i provide Sia hosting on a server where the IP is not static?
Will i be penalized in cases where the IP changes and files are perhaps temporarily not available?

You should get some sort of dynamic DNS entry for your host and announce your host with that DNS name.
Then the changing IP does not matter (if the dns entry gets updated when the IP changes) and you can host without penalties.
