Host unreachable after 1 month, no configuration change. Ports still open, etc.

The title says it all. I have a number of active contracts that will not be active for much longer because my host is unreachable. shows ports 9981 and 9982 TCP and UDP work just fine while the Sia UI is open. I have my router configured for port forwarding and turned off window firewall.
I also tried syncronizing from scrach with a new AppData folder, and then moving my Sia-UI/sia/host folder over to the newly created folder, no dice. It will initially say it is hosting but then within a few minutes will turn over to unreachable.
I'm at my wits end here. This can't be just me having this problem?
I've searched this forum but it seems all other posts are usually due to incorrect port configuration. Since I can see them working I don't think that's the issue?
I already tried upgrading to the most recent version 1.3.0, I was on 1.2.2. I tried clicking Activate after that change as well

if you have contracts and some stats about rpc usage, so it works.
Unreachable status can be incorrect due testing self connect, thats can be handled incorrectly by router or ISP.

Additionally, search for your host here https://siahub.info/, this is the outside view from the network.

Check both- SiaHub and SiaPulse.
I've noticed there are more online reported hosts at SiaPulse than on SiaHub for some reason.
Just switch to "6h" in SiaPulse if you get an error for default 12h period.

Sanasol, yes it used to work. But after just enough time to lock up my collateral, it stopped working without any clear way to fix.
I can not locate my host on Siahub.info.

@influx
A bit brainstorming from my side:
Could it be possible that your ISP has decided you are "malicious user" participating in "torrent networks" and thus closed your ports used for Sia on their router? Though, then these ports could not be accessible from http://canyouseeme.org/ .Can you find your host on SiaHub if you change the host list from "active hosts" to "all hosts"? Maybe your external IP has changed and does not correspond to the announced one (visible in the parameters on SiaHub)?
