Strange update of expected income after 1.3.0?!

after 1.3.0 I noticed the expected income rises and rises and that the contract counter seem to be more valid now.
I have no more utilization of disk space than before, so I doubt the expected income can be correct?Other with the same observations??

Yes, they fixed contract counter, but other numbers looks bad too :(
