Withdrawal from polo ok trans id found in blockchain

However, my coins do not show in sia wallet. Address was correct also. I tried closing program several times and let resynch however still don't show coins. Any ideas what to do next

I opened a ticket and they closed it out because trans id does show in blockchain as being sent. But as of today I don't show it in sia wallet. Wallet address was correct I double checked it.

so it's not Poloneix's fault. you should chekc your own wallet
