About storage pricing

I'm confused about the price, this screenshot is from Siahub, the storage price is 2900000 SC, unbelievable, but it's used_percent is 34%. I can't understand why renters use the storage which has such high price.

And the following pic is the detail of the host, what is the relation between the parameters of host configuration and the parameters in the following screenshot. For example, there is only Bandwidth Price in host configurations, but in the screenshot, there are uploadbandwidthprice and downloadbandwidthprice. What is the contract price?

@Weijun Whoa that's a $7,000 Terabyte. I think it's because the renter doesn't get a choice. There must be something about that host that makes the client use it.

I think the data was uploaded before the host updated its price. The Sia renter would never pick a host with that price. And once a contract has been formed the price stays the same for that contract.
