How To Backup and Restore Sia Wallet Blockchain in MAC OS?

When I first installed sia wallet, it took almost 3 days for me to sync the whole blockchain to my Mac and now I want to re-install my OS. So, can you please let me know from where I can find the blockchain data is saved in my PC so that I don't have to wait for more 3 days to resync the blockchain. And I've also seen some video where Windows users can save their wallet file as well. So, I'm looking forward to get the file directory of MAC OS where blockchain and wallet files are saved.
