withdrawn sc from poloniex , but txid now shown on the blockchain

@csyuking Oh then you need to put in support tickets to both exchanges. They probably have a back log of tickets. This happens a lot.

but why sia coin blockchain seems unsmoothly .
btc and eth blockchain is far more stable and smooth than sia.

@csyuking It isn't the sia network causing this. In this case it is the exchanges not submitting the transactions.

@bryan but there do have the txid and the status on the poloniex is complete.
if not submitting the transactions, there shouldn't have the txid , right ?

@csyuking it's a common problem. It will give you the tx id but still won't submit.

@bryan I have opened the ticket on poloniex for nearly 24 hours , but there is still nothing to respond......
is that normal ? just get a little bit uninpatient.

I know you people are not affiliated to them but just asking any one have info about Polo contact as Sia team is so big so may be there's anyone who have some contact with Polo also its just my assumption... And i know now only wait is the option for us
