  My own experience of "not syncing" with 1.3.0 is the same as yours.
  I deleted everything and started with v1.1.0.
  It started syncing straight away.
  When it's done, I'll update to v1.3.0.

  Update.
  I deleted all the SIA-UI directories and the stuff in \AppData\Roaming\Sia-UI\sia
  then downloaded version 1.1.0 of the Sia-UI.
  It started synchronizing almost straight away.
  Once done, I'll upgrade version 1.3.0 all being well.

  Json files corrupting in the roaming directory - search for in in the forum - you might have luck to delete some of them - this phanomonon is one very evident source of disruption of the clients service..

  @lovecrypto if you remember your seed you can delete the wallet create a new one. Then you can use your seed to recover your first one.

  The wallet data is in your appdata/roaming folder.
