  Check your TXID here: https://explore.sia.tech

  If you can find the TXID, the transaction is completed and the problem is on the receiver side. If you cannot find the TXID, then the transaction is not completed and is not on the blockchain, the problem is on the sender side.

  Is the globe yellow in colour? If it is, then maybe left it there for an hour to see if the sync will complete itself?

  You can type "consensus" in the terminal of sia-ui to check the blocknumber of your sync and compare the number to https://siastats.info/. If the number shown is there is the same as your wallet, then you are fully synced.

  Make sure your wallet is latest version (v1.3.1)

  Make sure your wallet is synchronized

  Check your TXID on https://explore.sia.tech

  If you can find your TXID there, the transaction is completed and the problem is your desktop wallet

  If you cannot find your TXID there, the transaction is never completed and you should contact your mining pool

  Backup your roaming folder and uninstall/reinstall. recover your wallet from your seed. Of course you should be installing version 1.3.1

  A couple ideas...

  Start by updating your CUDA driver to 388, the most current. Then try again. Join Sia Discord Server. You can actually get relatively quick answers to a lot of questions there. Trying contacting the guys at siamining.

  It's not in the docs yet but can be extrapolated as the network is currently very underutilized. We'll see that change as improvements keep being made. We won't see the available storage % drop much until there are many many more integrations made and it can host/stream/share whatever with whoever. Long term is the game Sia is playing :)

  You should not use version 1.0 (from your quote above), instead re-download the latest version, uninstall whatever you may currently have, and start from scratch with the latest version following the documentation.

  The update does not change the seed nor the password.

  If it doesn't work, then either something else changed, or it also didn't work before the update.

  Did you ever restart Sia and enter the password after the initial installation?

  Some troubleshooting hints:

  Try rebooting and restarting Sia as the same user who started it initially. Try re-installing from scratch and recovering the wallet with the seed.
